My art is created there, where words are sometimes no longer enough.

In my mixed-media works, I combine colors, textures, layers, writing, and materials to create images that emerge from within me. I often begin without a fixed plan. A color touches me, a texture awakens a memory, one movement leads to the next—and layer by layer, something grows that wasn't there before.

In every picture, I leave a piece of myself behind. Thoughts, feelings, longings, memories, and moments find their own expression. Sometimes delicate and quiet, sometimes powerful and full of color.

My pictures don't have to explain everything – They are allowed to simply touch something within us.
